This is a stainless steel flush door made with a weather-resistant stainless steel frame. Since most visible parts are made of stainless steel, except for some hardware, it is resistant to rust and suitable for fish processing plants, food factories that frequently use washing water, as well as factories that use a lot of chemicals. It uses 0.5mm stainless steel plates, and the interior of the door is composed of lightweight core materials such as aluminum profiles and paper honeycomb or styrene foam. This is a lightweight stainless steel door that complies with fire protection regulations, using a stainless steel frame with excellent weather resistance. It is suitable for fire protection equipment in clean rooms and food factories where aluminum or steel cannot be used. Since all visible parts are made of stainless steel, except for some hardware, it is resistant to rust, and the surface material can be made of 0.8mm stainless steel plate, allowing it to be used as fire protection equipment according to structural regulations. Outer frame shape and dimensions are flexible! ◇ Stainless Steel Door DSU40/45/50/60 ◇ This is a stainless steel flush door with high weather resistance, which can also accommodate fire protection equipment. Similar to steel flush doors, you can choose the outer frame shape, dimensions, and whether or not to include packing. It is essential in locations where fire protection equipment is required for building safety, or where iron or aluminum cannot be used due to salt damage prevention or the use of saltwater and chemicals. Fixing to the wall can be done similarly to steel flush doors, either by welding with anchors or by screw fixing. *1 The fire protection equipment referred to here means specific fire protection equipment (in cases without windows) and fire protection equipment in general. *2 This product meets the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for specific fire protection equipment and fire protection equipment; however, interpretations of the law may vary depending on the administrative agency conducting the inspection.
